The duration is approx 1 yr. *The major tasks of the Consultants will include:* Migrate, modify and or debug COBOL programs to switch Compilers. Write and modify Pacbase code. Perform unit and system testing. Write document per instruction. Support user acceptance testing. Assist the business area in updating data conditions. Plan and execute data migration (including data mapping, migration and validation work). Plan and execute the implementation of the systems. Perform post-implementation support. Assist in the resolution of all anomalies in processing. Write and run scans to assist in problem identification. *Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications:* A minimum of eight (8) years of verifiable Information Technology (IT) programmer experience. A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience using Structured Query Language (SQL). A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience utilizing Pacbase for relational systems on a Unisys OS/2200 or IBM mainframe system (preference will be given to candidates with Unisys OS/2200 experience). A minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience utilizing Pacbase within the past three (3) years. A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment. *Experience, including environments, must be fully documented.* Must have the ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. Must have excellent oral and written skills and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. Must have a strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and user requirements. Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Must be knowledgeable in the English language and speak clearly and understandably using the English language.
