Number of Years of Experience by Technology area Action Script 3.0, Custom Component Creation and Flex frameworks - At least 3 Years Object Oriented JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS - At least 4 Years Key Requirements Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts, algorithms and data structures Solid understanding of Development Design Patterns (GOF) Expert in Flex 3 / Actionscript 3 language and its key concepts like UI component lifecycle, event propagation, data binding, item renderers/editors, styling, and modules. Extensive programming experience in Actionscript 3 language Good experience creating own Flex/AS3 custom components. Good Experience using any AS3/Flex framework. Ie. Swiz, Parsley Cairngorm, PureMVC etc. Very good experience in profiling and debugging of Flex Applications using Flexbuilder Good knowledge in BlazeDS and/or LCDS and remoting services.
