Required Skills: • Extensive hands-on experience (3-5 years) programming in Flex. • Experience integrating Flash/Flex with JAVA applications. • Experience architecting and integrating Flex with data services to access back-end data. • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior developers. • Extensive knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 • Experience with development of UI components using Spark, MXML and ActionScript 3.0 • Experience with Flex Builder 4.x. • Deep understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts. • A detailed understanding of front-end design patterns (e.g. MVC) and best practices. • Experience in web services (SOAP/REST), XML, HTTP/S.
