*Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Denver area).*
*In person interview*
*Rate: 40/hr*
*Essential Duties/Responsibilities*
· Work under the direction of a Principal Engineer from the Consumer
development team to design and build PL/SQL routines to process client data.
· Work under the direction of a Software Development Manager on the
Consumer team to initiate Data Factory processing of client data.
Troubleshoot failed executions and identify what needs to be fixed so that
either the Client Account Teams can fix and resubmit the jobs – or – the
Data Factory code can be fixed. In some cases, implement the Data Factory
fix under direction of the Principal Engineer.
· Provide detailed design, coding, and testing of software modules
with under direction of the Principal Engineer.
· In some cases, write PL/SQL routines to be proactively used for
validation of incoming client data.
· Produce well-written technical documentation.
· Work within a structured development environment that includes
design and code reviews, version control, automated unit testing, and
automated builds. Follow a defined product development process.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Does not supervise others.
· Directly supervised by one or more Principal Engineers.
*Job Qualifications*
Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Exceptional design, code and testing skills
· Capable of identifying issues and driving them to resolution
· Ability to accomplish assigned duties on time with supervision.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· 2 + years experience writing PL/SQL functions.
· Experience developing software applications with java technologies
and relational databases including Oracle.
· Strong teamwork skills, 2+ years experience working as part of a
development team..
Required Education and/or Experience
· BS in Computer Science or related technical field
· 2+ years experience with PL/SQL.
· 2+ years experience with Oracle development
Desired Qualifications and/or Experience
· Experience with Linux
· 2+ years experience with Java technologies
