* ****************Sr ETL Developer **************** Description Senior ETL Developer responsible for development and deployment of ETL and data processing solutions and for the fulfillment of all data processing, data hygiene and custom ETL jobs, assigned to them by production management. * *Performance will be measured in the following areas: Develop & Deploy Advanced ETL solutions Mentoring the team members Fulfillment of Standard Client Deliverables - Effectively complete all assigned Production jobs on time, utilizing department’s best practices and all quality assurance processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales success. Client Solutions/Client Satisfaction Adherence to Organizational Policies and Best Practices Conduct cross review of code and scripts to ensure that requirements are implemented properly and in accordance with the best practices Document processes and job requirements and contribute to the team’s knowledge base* *RequirementsRequired Qualifications: Advanced Alteryx or DataLever experience At least 2-3 years hands on experience with any of the ETL products such as SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, SAP Business Objects, Informatica, SAS, Trillium, DataStage, DMExpress. Advanced knowledge of ETL programming and data structures and data processing. Clear understanding of US postal address elements and postal data services (address standardization/CASS, zip+4 coding, NCOA, DPV, DSF). Advanced working knowledge of fuzzy matching techniques and algorithms Advanced skills in MS Excel required, pivot tables, VB macro Demonstrates a high level of organization and ability to multitask. Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to translate technical details in layman’s terms and communicate with clients often. Gathers product, customer, and operational requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating option. Eagerness to contribute to a team and mentor the teammates. Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Practiced documentation skills. Basic Math Skills.
