*Description:*
Our clients interested in hiring an experienced SAP HCM consultant to
undertake a post-implementation review of the HCM portion of the SAP
implementation to ensure that the company is utilizing the system to its
fullest potential. Specifically, the company is looking to develop an
understanding of how Neuberger uses the SAP system to support key HR
business processes as appropriate for an asset management company, whether
best practices are being utilized and to identify any gaps, issues or areas
of improvement.
Additionally, our client is considering implementing alternative
technologies to support its HCM processes and will be conducting a
comparison review between SAP and other technologies to determine the
appropriate path forward for the company, with regards to its ERP
solution. The right candidate will also participate in that process by
acting as the SAP “expert” in helping senior management weigh the
advantages and disadvantages that SAP brings to the table for each system
benchmark that is evaluated.
*Requirements:*
7+ years of HR operations or HR systems implementation experience including
ECC 6.0
5+ years of project management experience
5+ years of SAP HR/HCM experience (SAP)
Knowledge or experience with implementation of SAP in a financial services
environment is a plus
Knowledge or experience with comparison processes between HR technology
solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
