*Description:*



95% of the CS (Customer Service) configuration has been completed and
documented in the completed Blueprint document.

This role will be responsible for understanding the Blueprint document and
the associated business processes being executed by the client.

The candidate must have strong understanding of how the SAP configuration
supports the defined business processes.

The candidate will be responsible for transferring business process
knowledge as well as the SAP transaction knowledge required to execute the
business processes within the SAP environment.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills.

The candidate must have functional application knowledge, along with
detailed knowledge of the data associated with the application area.

The candidate should have knowledge of the SAP tables that are associated
with the application area and a strong understanding of the integration
with other SCM modules including PM/SD and MM.

The candidate will be required to; prepare and conduct workshops related to
[CS] business processes, prepare and conduct workshops related to data
mapping and data migration from legacy environments into the SAP
environment, and prepare regular status updates.

The candidate will create system change requests associated with gaps
identified during the knowledge transfer workshops and will be responsible
for completing the configuration changes required to support the business
requirement.

The candidate will participate in integration testing and cutover testing,
and continue to provide post go- live support.
