Job Title: Java J2ee requirement Location: Orlando FL Duration: 1 Year Minimum Requirement 8 years of J2EE development experience of working in fast paced agile environment Hands on experience and willing to write and debug code if needed using advanced Java technologies Understanding of various Architectural and Design Patterns with experience in implementation Implementation experience with ReSTful web services, SOAP web services, ESB, Spring Framework etc. Implementation experience with Logging Framework, Java Persistence API, Rules Engines, Complex Event Processing (CEP) and URI caching products. Experience of working in RUP and Agile based development methodology Experience in documenting the architecture and design Experience in preparing presentations and ability to present to both technical and business audience. Experience in running effective meetings with large audience and capture notes, follow up and track items to closure. Detailed understanding of Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories and experience converting them to appropriate technical design artifacts. Ability to analyze complex technical problems like thread contentions, synchronization issues and Debug HTTP request and responses etc. Excellent problem solving and communication (written and verbal) and Facilitation skills.
