Must-haves 10-12 years Oracle BA experience Strong GL (General Ledger) or Strong FA (Fixed Assets) or Strong AP (Account Payable) Must be very strong in one of these modules Be able to work in an aggressive high pressure environment Strong data analysis skills Oracle 11i Heavy knowledge testing components UAT Enterprise Level experience Plusses HR module R12 upgrade experience PA (Project Accounting) Day-to-Day This person will be working closely with the team members to gather requirements and technically document all plans and schedules to then deliver to the technical teams for the upcoming release of the company's Oracle environment. They will need to be very knowledgeable across multiple Oracle EBS modules in order to move fluid across the project course. This person must be extremely flexible and have and have proven experience succeeding in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and time schedule. Candidates will most likely be working more than 40 hours consistently for the first 6 months.
