As leaders in Oil and Gas, CPRD, Life Sciences, Hi-tech, and a range of specialist industry solutions, we are working with major American and Global organizations to deliver innovative SAP solutions. Solution Architects are responsible for leading the design and configuration and planning implementation activities aligned to a project to realize an effective business solution. They must have experience of working in large multi-stream projects containing challenging business process design and change management issues. Using their knowledge and experience, they will be expected to provide technical direction, as well as options with documented impacts and benefits. *Day to day activities includes:* participation in process design and gap analysis workshops, documenting and presenting architecture standards and principles, documenting and identifying design patterns, proposing technical solutions based on SAP applications, supporting planning and functional integration activities, supporting requirements for system testing, legacy data mapping and integration to other modules and legacy applications, and informing and influencing of key business stakeholders. Solution Architects are also required to support the Client business development activities by providing design considerations and solutions, and performing quality assurance checks on proposals. *The Purpose of the Role: * To provide solution and technical design support to Client's SAP implementation projects including the installation of all SAP applications, technical project support, documentation, system and application integration, data migration and conversion, security and compliance, change management, performance tuning, knowledge transfer and working with customer and other Client divisions to ensure compliance with Client, SAP and Customer standards and leading practices. The Solution Architect will support medium to large engagement teams by providing expertise in the development of an integrated solution design using SAP applications and NetWeaver solutions. They will need to work closely with clients and colleagues to demonstrate the individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber and meet client expectations. Will also need to identify and develop patterns and techniques to improve engagement productivity, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients. Must be able to demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of integrated SAP solutions and upgrades. Should have deep experience in non-SAP technical areas and projects. As a team lead, able to plan and direct the work of others. Preferably have created the detail project work plan for delivery. Must be willing to work on medium-long term projects on client site. Travel away from home during the week will be required. *Person Profile (essential/desirable qualifications, experience, knowledge): * - All candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SAP Technical Platform.
