In person may be needed. Performance Lead/Manager (Exp : 10+) Leading a team of Performance Engineers who have extensive load test experience. Enforcing Performance Engineering as an integral step during the product development life cycle. Partner with Project Managers and Development teams, review new features that will be coming out in each release, and build performance and scalability test cases. Keep track of Performance Engineering metrics, increase coverage ratio, and communicating all of this to senior management and all teams. Drive Performance Engineering across all dimensions, including Scalability, Stress and Longevity tests. Help define, track, and enhance team productivity metrics/drive for performance. · 7+ years of benchmark testing, performance analysis, and tuning with experience developing software benchmarks. · 5+ years Performance Engineering Lead experience. · 3+ years of performance engineering experience with Jmeter, HP LoadRunner, and other performance testing tool. · Must be proficient in a Unix/Linux environment. · Thorough understanding of JAVA application performance including garbage collection and heap management. · Experience with JAVA performance monitoring tools and commands (Jconsole, JStack, Jmap, etc.) · Experience with a deep diagnostic tool such as DynaTrace a plus If you are Interested on above position please send me updated CV with all skills asking in the position with below details- Short Write up(why you think you are suitable for this position?)
