Job Title: Programmer Analyst Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6+ Monhts Job Description Our Client is looking for an experienced content management system developer with computer or information technology degree to work in a fast paced user experience environment. Must have experience with content management systems. Must be highly effective in a fast paced and quick to solution environment. Excellent communication skills are required for internal and cross team communications. Ability to provide experienced view points on system improvements. Serves as a mentor for junior team members. Responsibilities: consistently demonstrates the clients enterprise and functional competencies. Website support activities: (not all inclusive) Resolution of defects for monthly releases Participation in rotational 24x7 on call support activities Leadership to support during business emergencies from start to finish with follow up Proactive monitoring of integration points between systems Creation of detailed documentation Identification and elimination of recurring problems. Web initiatives (enhancements or project): (not all inclusive) Responsible for the technical evaluation, design, development, integration, implementation and support of projects. Create detailed documentation. Establish activity/project timetables and project plans. Initiate activities and projects related to areas of responsibility. Participate in the gathering of functional requirements Leadership and Teaming: (not all inclusive) Assists in mentoring and coaching junior members of the team. Initiates activities and projects in order to support current and future business needs Support technical standards/directions/technologies. Ensures that obsolete applications/systems are properly retired. Customer Interaction skills: (not all inclusive) Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience Builds and maintains strong partnership with internal and external customers/vendors. Prepare and communicate status, issues, and opportunities to the business.
