Job Title: *Senior Systems Administrator * Location: Deerfield, IL Duration: 12+Months Job Description: They need a Sr. Autonomy System Administrator. *MUST HAVE AUTONOMY EXPERIENCE DOCEMENTED IN RESUME* *Function:* The position of Sr. Systems Administrator is accountable for the administration of Autonomy's Email Archive and E-discovery technology. In this role you will be responsible for the continued enrollment into and support of the Records and Information Management (RIM) Program using the Autonomy System. This role requires an interface with numerous departments as well as the appropriate implementation vendors. This position is expected to be the Subject Matter Expert in the support of future Autonomy solutions for the G&A business unit such as disaster recovery, archive migrations, and upgrades. This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Autonomy solutions for business process changes/opportunities working in close partnership with the Legal and Corporate Records Departments. *Duties & Responsibilities:* · Administration of Autonomy in a clustered and highly secured environment. · Autonomy administration with various modules including, Email Archive System, Aungate Legal Hold, Early Case Assessment, and a familiarity with the workings of IDOL. · Use analytical skill to isolate and resolve issues; solve problems. · Comfort with Autonomy architecture, sizing, scaling, and performance. · SQL writing and review. · Contributes to gathering technical requirements including architecture, infrastructure, environment, integration and development requirements. · Responsible for timely resolution of workflow tasks and support issues where needed in conjunction with team members and other support teams. *Required Qualifications:* · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent experience required. CompTIA or Microsoft Certification preferred. · Minimum seven years of related responsibility required, with demonstrated progress in managing applications of medium to large size and complexity. · Email Archiving and Exchange 2007/2010 knowledge is necessary. · Pharmaceutical industry preferred. · Working knowledge of commercial applications designed to support BU preferred. · Strong written and verbal communication skills essential, with ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
