Provides an overall management function that determines, defines, and implements QA Test policies, programs, and procedures, to data management, analytic, and programming activities and products. Uses analytical tools to quantitatively measure quality, reports on findings, and makes recommendations on changes to meet specifications and quality standards. Perform software testing which include but not limited to the following tasks: · Write test plan, test scripts, test cases and Use Cases based on Business and/or Functional Requirements · Execute test cases and Use Cases in the designated software application(s) · Report software bugs in clear and concise language · Collaborate with Programmers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to develop resolution to software problems · Perform stress and system performance tests on application as directed by Project Manager · Write test reports · System migration experience · Put scripts in place to follow for testing · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills · Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels · Strong interpersonal skills.
