Location: PEAPACK, New Jersey
Duration: 10+ Months Contract*
Job Descreption:
Systems Admin experience within a LINUX environment.
*7 - 10+ yrs of relevant experience*
Install / configure / support Revitas end-2-end (Apache/JBoss/database).
Perform environment management and configuration management (using
Dimensions).
LINUX administration systems engineering, performance tuning experience
with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) infrastructure.
Experience developing, testing, and debugging on Linux systems (Redhat).
UNIX/Linux (RHEL/OEL) systems administration in a 100+ server environment
supporting highly available, customer-facing services.
Configuration management tool experience.
Proficient with at least one Shell scripting language (i.e. bash, csh, ksh,
perl, python).
SAN and NAS storage experience.
Ability to work independently and know when to and not to escalate issues.
Someone who can work independently yet knows when to ask for help, pays
attention to detail, and applies common sense
troubleshooting tactics prior to asking for help. Many instances this
resource will be the only resource working which is why we need someone who
can work independently.
