Job Title: Communication Engineer Location: Omaha,NE Duration: Full time Job Description: 5+ experience involving wireless systems or technology or within the telecommunications industry Knowledge on PTC communication system and its vendors Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks, coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, On-site installation and support Hands on experience in using computer software to model and emulate/simulate three-dimensional terrain and radio propagation over relevant terrain for a minimum of one project, preferably for Class I railroad projects. Good understanding of the communication interfaces, protocols and industry standards.
