Job Title: IT Analyst - Location: San Jose,CA Duration : 6-9 months Rate around 50-52/hr Job Description: Responsibilities: Typically requires 7 -10 years of related work experience required, 2 - 4 years’ experience in developing web-based / WCM software applications . Identify, analyze designs and tradeoffs and document solutions for the key program . Assist in developing project scope and stakeholder communications. The position requires an experienced individual with strong communication skills and an ability to lead cross-functional analysis and design teams. A background in web-based application development, rollout and monitoring is required. Evaluate business processes and requirements to drive optimal technical solutions. Analyze technology options and design to quantify and ensure delivery and optimization of benefits. Facilitate analysis and discussion of proposed designs and processes to obtain optimal solution. Document and socialize decisions. Identify risks to project deliverables, develop mitigation approaches and support mitigation efforts. Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. Experience in working on international assignments a plus. Accountable for managing assigned tasks and overall results. Minimal supervision required. Works independently. Should be able to work from general objective/direction on a new assignment. Ability to consult and influence with all levels of management within Cisco and its partners.
