Job Description: A Business Analyst is needed for the EPR application. The BA will be responsible for working closely with developers, the customer, and IT resources to organize and maintain application support issues. The resource should have basic business process knowledge, be able to troubleshoot application issues, work with remote personnel and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Resource should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a minimum of 5 years experience in production support role. The resource should have the understanding of project management principles, especially Earned Value Management; a PMP cert is a plus but not required. No travel is required. The resource should be fluent in English.
