SharePoint Developer Location: Dallas, TX Duration:6 months contract Only local to TX LOCAL candidates to Dallas or state of Texas ONLY. Face to face interview REQUIRED. Required Skills: 5+ years in .Net technologies 3+ years integrating .NET technologies on SharePoint 2007/2010. 3+ years’ experience creating, revising, packaging, deploying and maintaining complex solutions and customizations including master pages, themes, and styles. 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting, debugging, and revising code and solutions, including solutions created by others. 1+ years should have experience with upgrading .Net solutions from 32bit to 64bit or from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and/or migrating sites with customizations. Interpret and communicate the actual technical processes and methods to revise or re-create existing solutions on SP 2007, to better solution on SP 2010, while preserving the current functionality. MS platform experience - that includes integration from custom development (i.e. reading from SharePoint list from console application) WinForms, Console, Service application work Top notch SQL skills Preferred Skills: MS frameworks supporting custom development (i.e. ORM tools, logging tools, etc.) Consulting experience (not just contracting) Degree in the area of MIS, CIS, or Computer Science XML, XSL, ETL, Web Services, and SOA experience also a plus. Big 4 experience, previous consulting experience, and experience with Unified Modeling Language, Rational Methodology, or MCSD also considered a plus!
