R11 to R12.13 upgrade experience a must. Ideally 2 or more times Great communication skills Expected to interface with executive mgmt., end users, run JADs, run CRPs, run Demos Expected to know the "hurdles" one will commonly face with this upgrade Ability to resolve issues and provide solutions expected. Technical knowledge would be expected as well as some knowledge of the ERP data. Knowledge of Oracle Apps, especially Finance, would be a plus. *Qualifications* R11.5.X and R12.1X Finance modules experience - expert level. Expected to interface with executive mgmt., end users, run JADs, run CRPs, run Demos Ability to provide Finance options and solutions in R12 Technical knowledge would be expected as well as some knowledge of the ERP data.
