At least 2 years work experience working on android based smartphones 2-4 years developing test methodologies test systems and automating product tests for consumer electronic products. 2-4 years of experience in programming in C/C++/Java 2-4 years of experience writing and presenting test plans and analysis reports. Knowledge of Linux *Role: * The test engineer will work in a team of engineers developing SmartPhone use case tests, implementing test plans and executing the tests. They will also be responsible for the design, development, implementation and execution of test scripts and automation frameworks ensuring the quality acceptance criteria meet or exceed customer and carrier requirements. They will engage is system debug analysis, problem reporting and tracking and triage activities. The candidate will work with cross functional deployment, commercialization, development, and product management teams as required. Responsibilities also include planning, configuring, and maintaining system test environments.
