Description: This new initiative will be composed of a team of 4 consultants to assist the agency in utilizing the NYS Financial System (SFS) with the developing budget and fiscal reports. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Participate in a team approach to: Analyze and develop OBIEE 11G business solutions. Complete requirements analysis, capture and document the customer’s business and technical needs Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata and/or reporting components of the solution (building and/or modifying OBIEE 11G Repositories). This includes testing and deployment of the components Ensure that development activities adhere to the OMH architectural strategy so that overall business intelligence data integrity is maintained.Building the business and presentation layer within OBIEE 11G to meet the business requirements of the project.Create reports and graphs using OBIEE 11 G, incorporating into Oracle WebCenter as necessary, to meet the business requirements of the project. Complete testing of reports, dashboards and analytics prior to business owner review Provide a detailed description of how the proposed Candidate meets the mandatory qualification.
