*Job Title: MicroStrategy Developer Location:Manhattan,NY Duration:long term * *Job Description: Under managerial direction, the MicroStrategy Developer will work within the Business Intelligence support team to design, develop, test, maintain, and support data analytics and reporting solutions created within MicroStrategy. The qualified individual will work closely with other team members to develop complex MicroStrategy reports and dashboards and assist with data warehouse modifications to meet customer requirements. Candidate must be capable of managing multiple tasks and development efforts simultaneously, be a self-starter, and capable of taking ideas through to implementation. * *Main Responsibilities: MicroStrategy report and dashboard development Participate in the design, build, release and deployment procedures Develop and maintain reporting solutions Provide technical leadership and development for MicroStrategy suite of tools Maintain ongoing functionality of MicroStrategy software and hardware environments Perform problem assessment, resolution and documentation Validate data returned in all reports, provide a detailed analysis of data, and identify data quality issues Tune MicroStrategy reports for best SQL performance and efficiency Create ad-hoc reports as requested Document new development, procedures, or test plans as needed* *Qualifications: 5+ years of core MicroStrategy development with progressive experience.
