The BA will be documenting business requirements and functional requirements using our pre-defined requirements template for BI development. Candidate must also have experience in developing use case scenarios for testing. Must have strong business analysis skills. Must have experience with the development of BI solutions. Must have experience in workshop facilitation. Must be able to work as an individual contributor and integrate into a working team. Responsible for analyzing and elucidation of information for development of business and functional requirements tailored for BI development. Must be able to reverse engineering existing reports, also have skills in analyzing and comparing existing data against new data structures and documenting differences. Creating data mappings for new data sources. Creating use case scenarios to be used in all testing phases. Must have strong communication skills, being able to speak understandably and facilitate workshops with business representatives. Must have some background in project plan development using M/S Project.
