Must have implemented Workday HCM. 7 – 10 years project management experience would be ideal 5 – 7 years’ experience in the Customer Financials Management, Data Analytics and HR area (specifically on Workday) Maintain standard project documentation such as project plan, status reports, risk and issue tracking, etc. Partner with the Business to provide seamless communication, planning business activities, and complete delivery of requirements. Track financial spend of project. Identify and process change requests to the project plan, budget and scope of the project. Comply with PPM department standards, and produce ad-hoc project statistics as requested. Ensure project tasks and deliverables meet requirements, are completed on schedule and with the goal of zero defects. Manages entire project communications in a timely manner to appropriate levels, and escalates issues and risks as needed. Utilize the lifecycle methodology throughout all phases of the project. Maintain project documentation, including project initiation requests, capital and expense costs, project plans, lifecycle documents, and utilize approved tools.
