Required Skills 5+ years supporting applications in a store (preferred) or corporate environment in the third-level application support capacity. Provide third-level support for problem resolution, including reproduction of store business partner issues. Provide technical training to both front line support teams and 2nd level engineers. Escalating technical issues when needed and managing internal and external resolution expectations. Experience integrating systems and devices with disparate back ends and vendors using services and/or data feeds and debugging the inevitable issues that arise. Bias for getting things done, overcoming obstacles, taking ownership of difficult problems, conducting critical but constructive discussion, keeping a positive attitude. Independent worker with excellent time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot issues across multiple departments and work closely with external vendors and internal business partners to manage applications through various test and production environments. Customer-focused; analytical; thorough; and have excellent skills in troubleshooting and in problem-solving, and in oral and written communications, with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed documentation. Strong experience performing root-cause analysis – required. Strong problem management, troubleshooting and analytical skills – required. Experience with a mobile device management (MDM) solution, especially AirWatch – desired. Experience with mobile platforms (iOS) and kiosk platforms – desired. Broad knowledge of networking and UNIX server platforms – desired. Knowledge of databases and SQL – desired.
