Licensure/Credentials: Skills/Abilities: EMC DMX administration experience EMX Vmax administration experience preferred Excellent customer service skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. The competence, knowledge and information necessary to complete their role. The ability to use, understand and interpret the best practice, policies and procedures to ensure adherence. Have practical and quantifiable process management experience. Ability to work with multiple infrastructure teams in order to achieve project goals An ability to run a meeting according to strict guidelines (not to get side-tracked on items that one person may be interested in). Accurately and effectively analyze metrics produced from an activity and provide potential recommendations for improvement Strong Unix background preferred.
