Job Title : Exchange Administrator Job Location : Milwaukee, WI Rate : 60$/Hr. Duration : 12 Months Exp Required : 8+Yrs. Skills Required : .8 plus years of experience working with Exchange servers .Very good working experience on Exchange 2010 at a large company around 35000 mailboxes. .Need to be able to represent IE (Infrastructure Engineering) in meetings, interact with consultants, architects, project & solution leads .Person needs to be able to deal with the AD team doing some things they may have been used to doing elsewhere. They need to be able work with areas like AD to fix issues. (Testing issues which effects exchange migration or post migration in the dev environment only and recommend solutions which can be implemented in production by SO team) .Understanding of MX/A/SPF/DKIM/DMARC Records, Feedback Loops, NPS Complaints, Bounces, Replies, White listing & reputation .Trouble shooting skills on Exchange 2010. .Need to have experience with Change Management Processes and to be willing to work within NM's change management structure. (What this means is that resource need to learn what NM does in IE can touch and what we need Service Operation to do) .Person needs to be able to deal with the AD team doing some things they may have been used to doing elsewhere.
