Requirements: Strong organization and priority decision-making skills. Strong understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development. Knowledge in multiple technical areas including: O/S –Windows 7, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Server 2008. LAN/WAN configuration – HP ProCurve 2900 & 5400 series 1GigE/10GigE networking knowledge, VLAN design configuration and administration, and network patch cable management. Network Storage - Storage Area Networking (SAN) including the configuration and management of EMC, HP, XioTech and NetApp equipment as well as Brocade fiber channel switch design, configuration and administration. Knowledge of the configuration and use of Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and/or SCCM on multiple hardware configurations for both server and client OS and software application deployment. Experience in virtual environments, preferably with Hyper-V and System Center. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift 50 pounds for moving or racking equipment in the SDC. Good communications skills. Excellent customer service skills required.
