Responsibilities: Architecting a WebSphere Portal Solution, Installing and Configuring, Managing Security, Customizing and Administering, Maintaining and Monitoring WebSphere Portal Server & WebSphere Portal Content Management Troubleshooting and Serviceability WebSphere Portal Integration Migration and Other Concepts Basic WebSphere Portal administration skills, including experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and JVM environments, databases and security Basic understanding of operating systems Troubleshooting and problem determination Design, planning, installation, configuration, support and ongoing maintenance of WebSphere Portal 8.x products Responsible for WebSphere Portal server V8 High available environment setup. Should be able to clone clients current environment to migrate to HA environment Well versed in web application security and ability to work with security professionals to insure a secure web application platform. Good understanding of WebSphere Portal development and J2EE technology Will be working with a team of technologists that will support a highly available application. Flexible to work after office and weekends on rotation basis if required.
