Position:  Business Analyst With Health Care
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 6months+

Need EAD GC USC Only

 Description :
Comprehensive knowledge and successful experience applying business
analysis methodologies to practical applications, including demonstrated
ability to:
Work effectively and successfully with senior executive staff
Work effectively and successfully as a liaison among stakeholders, vendors
and technical staff
Plan and execute efficient and effective approaches for eliciting,
analyzing, validating, documenting and managing business and technical
requirements for new products, applications and changes to business
processes, policies and information systems
Quickly comprehend and analyze business problems, operational processes and
identify opportunities – all in the context of requirements – and recommend
solutions that achieve the goals of the business
Successful working experience delivering business analysis services in the
health insurance industry, working with health insurance plans, provider
information and member information, etc.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively, persuasively and tactfully with diverse individuals and
groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to compose
clear and concise correspondence, narrative reports and presentations to
communicate messages consistent with WEA’s policies, plans and provisions
using appropriate tone, grammar and word choice.
Successful experience using personal computer technology in a Microsoft
Windows environment, including keyboarding skills and the ability to
effectively and efficiently navigate between different computer programs
Ability to establish, monitor and achieve goals with a minimum of
supervision, and provide leadership to others in accomplishing objectives
and goals
Ability and successful experience in facilitating meetings and work groups
of all sizes that contain individuals from diverse background and
experiences, including individuals from technical and non-technical
backgrounds
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and
competently manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and the ability to
be flexible and adapt quickly to changes
Experience in the effective use of Microsoft Word and Excel, with working
knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint and Visio
Willingness to work the hours and schedule necessary to accomplish
regularly assigned and ad hoc responsibilities
