The tasks to be performed by the Contractor include the following: Maintain and support existing applications Provide program modifications and enhancements as identified. Develop components of the applications in regards to enhancements and/or errors Perform configuration changes to existing applications. Systems analysis, design, and programming User support and problem solving activities Testing/QA. Performance tuning System Implementation Technical documentation creation and update maintenance as required using templates where appropriate Qualification Requirements: a. Experience creating and maintaining Oracle packages. b. Experience with Crystal Reports v8.5 or higher. c. Oracle 10g experience d. ASP programming experience. e. Filenet experience (IDM Services and capture) f. .Net and web programming experience (Framework 3.5) g. Experience creating, modifying and running SQL queries. h. Experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing. i. Experience with Microsoft Visual Source Safe or Team Foundation Server. j. Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical).
