Ability to communicate effectively(verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff b. Demonstrated experience with developing database driven web-based applications – 3+ years required confirmation that response time was met. c. Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# – 3+ years required d. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server through version 2008 – 3+ years required e. Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques – 3+ years required f. Demonstrated experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications – 1+ years required g. Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements – 1+ years required h. Demonstrated experience with Oracle – 1+ year preferred i. Demonstrated experience with Project Management and MS Project – 1+ years preferred j. Demonstrated experience with automated unit testing – 6+ months preferred k.
