They will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for multiple projects at once in both an architectural and operational environment. In order to do this role well, this person will need to come from an environment where they were working specifically with Lync 2010, Exchange Server 2010 and 2013, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and ActiveSync for mobile devices. The person will be doing 80-90% architecture and design and 10-20% operational support on a day to day basis. They will be documenting upgrade processes and optimizing the environment as well as interfacing with executives. The ideal candidate would have touched on Lync 2013 in a Lab environment so they would be able to head up a migration from Lync 2010 to 2013 in the future.
