*Send me your resume @ rajnikanth.cha...@ngtechinc.com* Job Description Provide strategic architecture, planning, testing and design activities for cloud platforms and new services Lead the development of strategic and tactical roadmaps for services/technology managed by the team; incorporate management input to define the overall direction that technology will go in Develop and review policies, procedures and standards around the implementation, maintenance and use of systems delivered and managed by the team Evaluate emerging technologies and lead the development of cost-effective, secure, highly-available, reliable and performance-optimized solutions based on those technologies Leverage broad knowledge of complex infrastructure and network concepts to advise and support management in making strategic and tactical IT decisions Provide clear, concise documentation that is appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences Provide direction, knowledge transfer and mentoring for global support personnel Resolve complex multi-vendor hardware, software and network compatibility issues Develop strategies to maximize the 24/7/365 availability of critical online information systems Provide technical leadership and participate in IT projects, analyzing and gathering of business requirements, implementing solutions, documenting standard operating procedures, and helping drive projects to completion QUALIFICATIONS Expert in cloud computing technologies: public, private, and hybrid, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Understand the fundamentals of enterprise architecture, including how to configure IT assets around the needs of the business. Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA) Proven skills in methodology for cloud computing and dynamic infrastructure Understanding of disaster recovery concepts and approaches Knowledge of the Citrix product line is a big plus MCSE, CCNA, Citrix and/or other virtualization certifications are a Must Experience with ZenWorks is a plus Must possess the ability to perform complex scheduling, control and planning functions with a minimal amount of supervision Must evaluate workload and available resources and provide accurate feedback to adjust project schedules Ability to think proactively and independently to simplify existing procedures Must be able to define, document and clearly communicate relevant architecture to development and operations personnel Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions and services by partnering with other business users Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as solid presentation skills Required Skills: 8 or more years of experience in a combination of cloud platform delivery, private and public cloud architecture, server consolidation / virtualization; application and data migrations to new platforms and implementing and supporting multi-platform environments At least 3 years of team leadership or active participation in an architecture group At least 2 years of technical project leadership experience Architecture/Design, Benchmarking and Metrics, Cost Assessment, Documentation, Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, Product and/or Vendor Eval/Mgmt Hardware and/or Software Installations; Testing; Troubleshooting; IT Systems Management; Performance Measurement and Tuning; Physical and Logical Security; Systems Lifecycle; Change Control; Systems Software Infrastructure *Rajnikanth Chavan * *Technical Recruiter * *Next Generation Technologies.
