THE CLIENT IS WILLING TO SKYPE HIRE IF NEEDED. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE EXPERIENCE.* *Candidates must have strong health insurance experience to be considered for this position. Our health insurance client is migrating their data from Oracle to SQL Server and needs a Data Migration Technical Lead to drive the project. There are on shore and off shore resources and candidates must have experience managing off shore teams.* - Understand the existing Extracts, Logic and come up with high level and low level design - Understand the requirements and new data model and come up with the most efficient way to generate an extract utilizing the existing framework, architecture etc - Manage and drive a small global team to deliver a set of deliverables under a tight timeline - *Experience in managing offshore teams and willing to work flexible hours to manage offshore team members* - Need to interact with Business SME and get clarify scenarios, rules etc - Hands on expereince in deployment, debugging, testing extracts - *Strong knowledge in SQL (Both Oracle and Microsoft), PL/SQL.* - Should be a self starter.
