Title: Test Engineer position with .Net experience - Client : Inovalon - Location: Bowie, MD posted on 2013-09-27 10:41:11 Job Description: Client : Inovalon Location: Bowie, MD Automation Test Engineer position with .Net experience Must haves: - Strong .Net 4.0 development experience - Strong SQL Back-end - Strong T-SQL. - Test automation experience. Develop test software / processes / datasets, using T-SQL, involving DDL & DML in large database environments. Project Overview • Responsible for building out a HIX application. Health Information Exchange. Building this integration solution from the ground up, prototype that they can they sell to their customers. • Building a generic framework to support that process on the Health Information Exchange (HIX) build, specifically with the Online Editing Tool (OET). This feature will enable clients to login and view/manage all of their claims data real time. Qualifications: • Typically candidate is expected to have 8 to 11 years experience developing and/or practicing quality assurance discipline in data driven applications, utilizing C#, SmartClient/WinForms, ASP.NET, XML, Web Services, WCF, WPF, LINQ, multi-threaded programming. .NET 3.5 or higher is a plus • 3+ years experience developing in Visual Studio 2005 or later, and/or SQL Server 2005 or later. • Knowledge and experience in test automation; and general understanding of software test design and testing methodologies • Minimum of 2 years experience in active adherence to SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Incremental; Working knowledge of Scrum is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience developing T-SQL objects • Proven understanding of OOAD, design patterns, and application development processes and practices with focus on reusability, extensibility, and performance; Responsibilities: • Work with fellow software engineers, business leadership, and PMs to refine product design and expand test coverage for our core products and applications, within predefined timelines, scope limitations, and in accordance with Agile SDLC methodology; • Contribute to design of the automation testing strategy and implement both the test frameworks and associated test cases; • Research, estimate, design and implement complete test models and communicate plan/vision to project team; • Define and execute on test plans for functionality / processes involving T-SQL, C#/ ASP.NET, Web Services, WCF, WPF implementations • Develop test software / processes / datasets, using T-SQL, involving DDL & DML in large database environments [ex. 500 Gb+ database size / 500+ million record tables]. • Interface with the Business and Ops colleagues to understand functional and technical requirements; and participate in customer support processes. • Mentor junior and mid-level teammates. • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as directed by Inovalon Click here to view full job description and apply<http://ejobsville.com/display-job/41797> (Guest users can also apply) ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
