Location: Newark, DE MUST BE US CITIZEN or GREEN CARD MUST FACE TO FACE AFTER PHONE SCREEN *Required Skills:* • Java/J2EE development experience • Familiar with FLEX and / or jBPM is a plus • Spring (MVC) Framework programming experience and in-depth knowledge of server-side development (Apache Tomcat) • Solid grasp of data structures, memory management, object oriented programming, concurrent programming, and design patterns • Relational database (SQL) programming experience with knowledge of database management systems and database interface development. • Commitment to quality through test driven development, unit testing, regression testing, and peer code reviews • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design and development concepts clearly to users. • Monitor and troubleshoot Development, Production, and Staging issues • Experience with agile development processes including continuous integration.
