Specifically, the Consultant will provide advanced business analysis and project management services to support a high-profile cross-agency project for integrating online e-Permitting services among the client and five Florida Water Management District (WMD) agencies. This portal provides a single entry point for accessing a variety of information related to water resource permitting in Florida. With this phase complete, the Workgroup is poised to begin scoping and implementing subsequent phases of the e-Permitting integration effort. The vision for these subsequent phases is to standardize and integrate permitting processes and systems among the state agencies with shared responsibility for Florida’s water resource management. Tasks: Lead the project stakeholders in eliciting detailed scope, schedule, resource requirements and all associated project plan elements for the ERP Integration effort.
