Skilled in taking information from the business process stage and translating into business requirements. Experience and passion for working on reengineering projects (may include changes to processes, systems, data, roles) Someone with high energy who is self-driven and motivated. Ability to define TO BE state and metrics to demonstrate the business result has been achieved Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements Solid experience with project management fundamentals, the importance of project management discipline, and SDLC (software development life cycle) Strong collaboration and brain storming skills Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and able to respond with agility to evolving business processes. Team-player: sought out by others in the organization, and customers, to be part of new project initiatives Experience with business process flow modeling and use case documentation Experience with using data to drive decision making High confidence in looking at data and analyzing it for more informed decision making.
