*Here is the Job Description*: *Network Engineer East Norriton PA 6+ Months* * * *!! Note: Need Only EAD, GC, USC and F2F Required!!* Solutions range from Windows modification to custom scripting of small programs to achieve desired result. Network Engineers are responsible for all LAN/WAN networks. Network Engineers will also assist customers in the integration and design of their Internet Web Servers and related networking infrastructure. *Duties and Responsibilities*: • Responsible for all aspects of Network Design, Implementation and Support of WAN/LAN technologies for HighPoint and Clients. • Determining solutions for client’s infrastructure based on client’s infrastructure needs. • Build, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade network devices. • Act as a consultant with Web and Application development teams along with various business units. • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems (2003, 2008), as well as other technologies. Installation over a LAN connection. • Participate in on-call support rotation. *Requirements*: • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, 3Com and other brand Firewall/Switch devices. • Familiarity with load balancing technologies (DNS and IP) Familiarity with networking technology, security technology, DNS, EGP, IGP.OSPF, BGP, QoS, EIGRP, RIP, VoIP, MPLS, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, CSU/DSU, Fiber Optics and other networking technologies. • Ability to support small/medium scale network configurations. • Experience using network monitoring tools. Experience using Windows administration tools: • Experience with Microsoft Server Administration. • Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and multi-tasking skills. • Demonstrated experience implementing a technology solution under minimal supervision. • Demonstrated experience planning, implementing and testing all of his/her work product. • Understands the project planning process. • Able to understand technology direction provided by others. • Must be an analytical thinker and customer service oriented. • Must have 2+ years’ experience in System Engineering • Must have 4+ years experience in Network Administration, and Support Preferred Job Skills / Certifications / Knowledge: • MCP, CCNP. • Experience with SAS70/SSAE16/PCI and Sarbanes Oxley audit process and procedures.FDA and HIPPA are a plus.
