Title: Programmer Analyst posted on 2013-10-23 13:05:21 Job Description:*Position Description.* The purpose of this work statement is to obtain quotations for one senior programmer/analysts to assist the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, Department of Community Health (DCH), Secretary of State (SOS), Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) with ongoing support issues related to the MyLicense/L2K software suite provided by System Automation. *Additional Information* Tasks related to this work include:TASKS: 1. Day to day support of the L2K/MyLicense software as needed to support the business processes of DCH, SOS, DEQ and LARA. 2. Creation, modification and testing of PL/SQL scripts to query and retrieve data from Oracle database(s). 3. Working together with other DTMB developers, troubleshoot problems with existing systems. 4. Modifying current software configuration settings as necessary to meet the business requirements of the licensing processes. 5. Assist in documenting existing support processes. 6. Assist with data conversion as necessary to support DCH, SOS, DEQ and LARA licensing processes. 7. Participate with team members, using fundamental principles, theories, techniques and methodologies of data processing to gather and analyze facts, define problems and devise solutions. 8. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and DTMB team members.
