Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following hardware Cisco Nexus Hardware (5K and 7K series) Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following hardware Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switch and router configurations Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following hardware Cisco ASA/PIX Firewalls Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following hardware Cisco Firewall Service modules for 6500 Chassis Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following hardware Cisco ASR routers Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following protocols Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switch and router configurations Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following protocols Cisco ASA/PIX Firewalls Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following protocols Cisco Firewall Service modules for 6500 Chassis Required - Configuration, Support, Implementation with the following protocols Cisco ASR routers Required - Knowledge of VMware network configurations in enterprise environments. A typical day in the life for this consultant will consist of: The candidate will act as part of a 3-6 individual team which supports the DMZ environment at BWC. A typical day may include but is not limited to: •Resolving short term problems/configuration issues with routers, switches and firewalls. •Designing/updating drawings which reflect portions of our network. •Assist with architectural change plans as well as deployment/retrieval of new network components as needed. •Assist with hardware/architectural recommendations/testing for budgetary purposes. •Interact with other departments to determine and implement any changes as needed. Mandatory Requirements 10 years experience in Wide Area Networking and DMZ environment support and implementation.
