Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Network Security Analyst Location: NYC Duration: 12 Months SCOPE OF SERVICES The candidate will be responsible for many aspects of Application Security, System and Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Content Security, and Security Architecture. The Analyst will work to perform infrastructure and application security assessments, content security reviews, security architecture reviews, security monitoring and mitigation. The Analyst will build relationships with internal divisions, departments and across agencies to ensure that appropriate security controls are implemented in internally developed applications, purchased applications, cloud vendors, etc. Job Responsibilities: Participate in the application security assessment process; ensure that assessments are performed in a timely fashion, findings are appropriately handled, and resources are effectively utilized Review new and existing infrastructure deployments for vulnerabilities Review network and infrastructure configurations for weaknesses Facilitate the security assessment program for vendors and audio / video editing and production facilities Work with IT divisions and company departments to communicate and enforce security controls Participate in enterprise content security policy development Review changes to existing infrastructure architecture, design and introduction of new technologies Real-time monitoring and mitigation of security events Create technical standards to guide engineering teams on installation and configuration of new technologies that adopt best practices and are in-line with existing polices and standards Mandatory Skill/Expertise Minimum of 3-5 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in IT Security Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills Well-organized with the ability to stay on top of multiple projects & incidents Ability to work various rotating and non-traditional tours, as needed (evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, etc.), and to be held for mandatory overtime.
