- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience - Prior experience working in a Security organization in support of a large enterprise - Experience with provisioning of Security Access - Understanding of IAM processes, technologies, standards and industry best practices - Direct IAM experience is required - (requirements, features, tools, policies, standards, practices) - Role Based Access Control/ Role Engineering experience is a differentiator - Lead the Planning and Analysis phases of IAM initiatives - Author Requirements documents and Use Case documents - Experience conducting IAM focus groups with internal customers *General Qualifications* - Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience with strong user interaction and full lifecycle business analysis - Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis and system analysis - Experience with requirements management tools required (HPQC a plus) - A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile and Waterfall - Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation - Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills - General understanding and application of various business process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc…) *Plusses include:* - CBAP certification, ASQ, Lean and/or Six Sigma - SQL queries, data analysis - Experience working with data warehouses or databases - Experience with integrations Regards, Rachel Lian - Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
