*Sr Oracle DBA Needed In IL !!*
This is a contract to hire, however so these candidates must be willing to go fulltime ,Please send over anyone available- local candidates are preferred but they will hire over phone/ Skype if necessary. They must have had at least exposure to Siebel (Oracle CRM product). *Qualifications:* 1. BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology, or a related field required. 2. 5+ years hands-on experience and in depth knowledge of Oracle BI (Siebel CRM & Hyperion) and underlying modules administration on any Unix environment (HP-UX or Linux environment preferred), 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases. 3. Oracle 10gAs, Oracle Middleware and integration (SOA Fusion middleware and BPEL) knowledge desirable. 4. A solid understanding of an operating system; understands paging swapping, inter-process communications, device drivers, file system concepts and can use performance analysis to tune systems. 5. Ability to program in an administrative language (Perl, Unix shell, etc). 6. Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. 7. Independent problem-solving, self-direction. 8. Oracle Database Administration ( version 9i, 10g, 10g RAC and above ) experience. 9. Oracle Applications and Database Performance Tuning experience. 10. Capacity planning, Performance Tuning and Backup and Recovery experience. 11. Hyperion BI tools administrator experience desired 12. OEM and Grid Control tools experience. 13. Experience in Supporting Oracle Apps and Databases in a RAC or HAT cluster environment with load balancers experience.
