Below is the job description for the Business Analyst - Training role at Baxter. This is currently a 4 month project in their Deerfield, IL location,They do have to have the training experience. Candidate must possess the following competencies: Analysis and Solution Definition • Analyze Process flows and turn into training specifications • Understand current and new business processes to recommend training needs • Recommend training needs and prepare training plan • Develop Training documentation for Vendor to build eLearning Technical Recommendation and Testing • Leads training solution with vendor to build eLearning • Ensures training meets solutions, ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Project Management and Execution • Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. • Communicates and applies project standards. • Consistently delivers high-quality work product. • Understands the components of running successful project. Technical Understanding • Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. • Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures. Problem Solving • Identifies critical issues with ease. • Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. • Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets. Teamwork • Facilitates effective team interaction. • Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
