This position will be part of a 3 member team that is responsible for identifying, controlling and tracking all elements of client's IT environments and systems to maintain consistency of performance with the requirements and design. The client's configuration management team is responsible for supporting multiple in-flight projects, the non-production environments (multiple QA and Development environments). For new product releases the team is responsible for deploying new code into the production environment. Candidates must: Follow and enforce clients deployment and process governance for configuration management. Possess strong communication and organization skills. Knowledge of IT governance and configuration management best practices Have 3-5 years of experience working in a change/configuration management capacity Experience with the following: Internet Information Services (IIS, formerly Internet Information Server) Windows Server 2005 SQL Management Studio 2005/2008 including Integration Services Moderate SQL experience in creating and writing and executing scripts and queries. Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Visio Note there is no development or extensive testing associated with the position.
