Send me profiles at *vam...@compuga.com <vam...@compuga.com>* *Job Description:* *Job Title : **Tech Lead Peoplesoft HRMS Developer* *Location :* Des Moines, IA *Duration :* 3-6 months *Responsibilities: * This role will primarily be focused with supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Applications for HR (PeopleSoft 9.X). This role has both large technical and business components that require communication skills that span multiple skillsets. The candidate must be able to speak technically with developers to communicate responsibilities, as well as help brainstorm technical designs/solutions. In addition the candidate must be able to work directly with business partners, business analysts, and quality assurance team members to consult on solutions, aide with requirements, and ensure test coverage.
