*Job Title         : **Tech Lead Peoplesoft HRMS Developer*
*Location         :* Des Moines, IA
*Duration         :* 3-6 months

*Responsibilities: *
This role will primarily be focused with supporting Oracle PeopleSoft
Applications for HR (PeopleSoft 9.X). This role has both large technical
and business components that require communication skills that span
multiple skillsets. The candidate must be able to speak technically with
developers to communicate responsibilities, as well as help brainstorm
technical designs/solutions. In addition the candidate must be able to work
directly with business partners, business analysts, and quality assurance
team members to consult on solutions, aide with requirements, and ensure
test coverage. Additionally, the candidate will need to be able to
effectively communicate with the vendor regarding product issues and
product enhancements.

*Technical Experience:*
• Must have worked on PeopleSoft HCM 9.x within the last year
• Must have minimum of 2 years development life-cycle experience with
People-Tools 8.4x or higher including: People-Code, SQR, and Application
Engine
• Must have minimum of two PeopleSoft Upgrade Implementation experience; at
least one must be on HCM 9.x
• Must have HRMS/HCM Functional experience including HR, Payroll and
Benefits (desirable)
• PeopleSoft Production support is desirable
• Strong understanding of technologies and how various infrastructure tiers
work together
• Knowledge of web batch and application servers required
• Strong SQL skills
• DB2 and Oracle experience preferred
