Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting (US Staffing). 4. Experience in working on on all tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp-Corp) are preferred. 5. Experience working with H1B, US citizens, GC candidates preferred. 6. Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements. 7. Excellent Technical Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements 8. Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews. 9. Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster, Corp to Corp, Carrier Builder and Tech fetch etc. 10. Candidate should be willing to work in night shift along with their counter parts in the US. 11. Good communication skills & phone etiquette. 12. Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and at ease with using computers.
